Job Location: This is a remote position with field support needed specifically in the Garden Grove, CA & Chino, CA areas.
Job Description:
About Us
goHomePort was launched in 2020 by a highly seasoned team of investors and operators with a mission to make RV ownership easy. goHomePort is the parent company for three synergistic businesses that serve its core mission: 1) goHomePort Storage (focused on acquiring, upgrading and optimizing RV and boat storage properties throughout the United States), 2) goHomePort Rentals (an innovative RV rental management business built around goHomePort’s network of storage properties and additional markets); and, 3) goHomePort Service & Repair (RV repair business designed to meet the need for quality RV repair outside of the dealer channel).  We are rapidly expanding our portfolio across the country and innovating new ways for goHomePort to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Job Opportunity
For most owners, RV’s sit idle most of the time while still carrying the costs of insurance and storage and maintenance. The goHomePort Rentals team takes over the management of those RV’s and rents them to people looking to explore the country.  Fueled by the growth of both sides of our marketplace, the Senior Market Manager will lead all aspects of Rental Operations as we launch in Southern California. You will work with an eco-system of partners to support new RV onboarding, storage, and service and repairs to ensure the fleet is ready to be rented at all times.  You will also provide a world-class experience for renters looking to take an adventure in one of goHomePort’s RVs.  You will partner with goHomePort Rentals Sales & Marketing as they identify end enroll new RVs to our service, and together you will build a high quality and diverse portfolio of RVs for the Southern California region. You will eventually lead a small team to support you in local operations as we build the fleet and achieve a baseline level of rental demand.

We are a true scrappy startup. We work hard, and we play hard. And while we have various backgrounds and passions outside of work, we are unified in our commitment to being the leader in P2P RV Rentals and providing a premium best in class RV Ownership & Rental experience.  While this is not an exhaustive list, here are some of the job duties:
